UCDA Design Summit: The Economy of Design
March 27-29, 2014
It's like tip-toeing through a land mine: you have an audience that keeps changing the way they like to communicate and a client who prefers to keep everything the same. And don't forget that your budget has been mercilessly slashed. What's a designer to do?
Sessions include topics on guerrilla marketing, design thinking, the creative pitch, and the value of a brand, to name a few.
Speakers Rick Bailey (RHB), Herbert Krabel (Guerrilla Communication), Rebecca Salerno (Indiana University), Tom Walker (RHB), Sam Waterson (RHB), and Rex Whisman (University of Colorado Boulder) will equip you with the tools to overcome these daily challenges while inspiring you to do work that is fresh and creative.
