Lead Designer

As a Lead Designer, you will report to the Creative Director and work in all mediums and disciplines, including print, interactive, social, advertising, branding, editorial and strategy. Perfect production skills and spotless attention to detail are a crucial requirement of this position.

We work primarily in the agriculture and food sectors, developing and delivering complete, integrated communications strategies for an incredible roster of loyal clients. Our rapid growth can be attributed to client satisfaction and our highly-regarded reputation in the industry.

Experience & Education
Minimum of three years' experience in print and digital design;
Degree or diploma in graphic or digital design;
Bonus points for agriculture experience.

Loves to turn a blank page into knockout creative with minimal supervision;
Communicates visually and creatively, with client expectations and the audience always in mind;
Spot-on production skills, with an eye for detail and an understanding of deadlines;
Organized, able to manage a number of assignments at once and understands the meaning of a deadline;
Intimately acquainted with the Big Three of Adobe Creative Suite;
Independent thinker; loves to take on responsibility and help others do better;
Friendly, optimistic, respectful and egoless, appreciating that the point of criticism is to improve the work.
