Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager, Brand Experience, the Design Coordinator is responsible for the graphic design of marketing campaigns and supporting internal and external communication programs. This role supports the organization with high impact projects including building brand awareness and maintaining our website. The Design Coordinator provides expertise, skills and advice in the creation, development and implementation of marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate to develop and execute various marketing campaigns, promotions and activities; planning and organizing campaigns from start to finish
• Maintain promotional materials inventory while ensuring that all promotional and marketing materials align with LCU’s brand identity strategy
• Manage the creation and selection of photography for print and electronic communications
• Analyzing marketing data to shape future marketing strategies

Requirements:

• 1-3 years' experience in marketing and design role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (CC) and Microsoft Office in a Windows environment
• Enthusiastic, people-focused team member who can bring fresh perspectives, skills and experience to our team
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of individuals
• Excellent organizational, time and resource management skills, problem-solving skills and detail oriented
