Problem/Need

A new lighting brand was being launched. Complete identity was needed to promote the brand in the automotive, industrial and heavy duty after markets.

Strategy/Methodology

The branding needed to have elements of its parent brand. Colours and font families were used to coexist on the shelf alongside parent brand, while having an identity of its own. The packaging was to set the standard for all launch materials. Worked closely with the product management team to create a clear identity for the brand on store shelves as well as branding on the lights themselves.

Results/Impact

The product launch far exceeded expectations. Many distributors could identify with the STARTECH brand, thus making it an easy compliment to its parent brand.
