For five days last week, our web design studio relocated our office to a tent in Churchill Square, Edmonton’s largest public square, located right in the centre of the downtown core.
Every day was a new adventure as Edmonton-based creatives cultivated their ideas and patrons experienced what it feels like to work in a design studio.
The Design & Content Conference is the world’s premier event where designers and content strategists team up and learn from industry leaders to craft experiences and tell stories that shape the future of the web. A day of workshops, two days of talks, and some brilliant extras.
In June, GDC held its national annual general meeting. Every year the GDC national AGM is hosted in a different Canadian city, sponsored by the local chapter. This year, GDC Alberta South Chapter hosted the event in Calgary.
